Matt Billings is the Vice President of Brokerage and President of Robinhood Financial and Robinhood Securities. Matt oversees the broker/dealer operations of these entities. Prior to Robinhood, Matt held roles at Two Sigma Securities as well as TD Ameritrade focusing on market data and market structure. He also previously worked at Scottrade focusing on equity/option execution services. Matt received an undergraduate degree from Saint Norbert College, an MBA from DePaul University, and holds FINRA Series 63, 55, 7, 4, and 24 licenses.
