Connie Schan
Chief People Officer
Connie Schan is the Chief People Officer at Robinhood Markets. Since joining in 2021, her focus has been on building Robinhood's people strategy and enabling the employee experience in service of the company's mission to democratize finance for all. Prior to joining Robinhood, Connie spent 20 years at American Express and was most recently the head of Human Resources for three global businesses. Throughout her career she's held various roles across HR, including business partner, DEI, and center of expertise roles. Connie holds a B.S. in Political Science from York University and has a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College in Canada.
